Inspired by the Polish pastry made to use up ingredients not allowed during Lent, our Pączki feature an enriched dough deep fried to golden perfection and then filled with a selection of creams, such as chocolate, vanilla, lemon or raspberry, as well as our Tatin style apple filling.
