Donation Request Form
We believe that giving back to our remarkable community is a top priority. Each month, we support local organizations by donating your choice of either our Classic Carrot Cake or Classic Cheesecake with seasonal glaze . (501(c)(3) only please).
While we would love to fill every request that we receive, there are so many that it is just not possible. We ask that you please submit your request at least 2 months in advance. Requests made with less time may not be considered.
Please fill out the application form on the right. Upon approval, we will contact you via email to make the final arrangements for selection and for pick-up.
Requests for monetary support, including advertising, are not part of our giving policy.
