Inspired by the New Orleans classic, our King Cake features laminated brioche dough filled with apple tatin, cinnamon and raisins coated with a sugar glaze, and finished pearl sugar in the colors of purple, green and bright yellow.  Our whole cakes also include beads, and a fève.
