Colomba di Pasqua is an Italian traditional Easter bread, almost identical to panettone.
Our traditional Colomba is made with flour, eggs, sugar, natural yeast, candied citrus and butter; unlike panettone, it does not have raisins. Fashioned into the shape a dove, it is topped with pearl sugar and almonds.
