Donation Request Form
We believe that giving back to our remarkable community is a top priority. Each month, we support local organizations by donating our Classic Chocolate Cake. (501(c)(3) only please).
While we would love to fill every request that we receive, there are so many that it is just not possible. We ask that you please submit your request at least 2 months in advance. Requests made with less time may not be considered.
Please fill out the application form on the right. Upon approval, we will mail you a Cake Certificate for our Classic Chocolate Cake and ask you to place an order with the shop that is most convenient to you. You must provide your full address for us to mail you the voucher. You will present the cake voucher at the time you pick up your cake.
We are sorry, but we cannot make substitutions. Requests for monetary support, including advertising, are not part of our policy.
