Delicately spiced cake with minced carrots and dates, filled and finished with cream cheese icing and garnished with shredded coconut.
Classic Chocolate Cake
The chocolate purists cake – rich, dense and decadent chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate mousse and finished with a rich dark chocolate glaze.
German’s Chocolate Cake
A traditional favorite, we fill and finish our delicious chocolate cake with a rich caramel frosting with shredded coconut and pecans.
A cool and creamy mousse cake, featuring a caramel mousse with accent flavors of pear and chocolate mousse, all on a base of pecan dacquoise with caramelized pecans.
Chocolate and hazelnut are a classic pairing for a reason – they’re delicious together! The praline dream has a thin chocolate sponge cake base, a hazelnut, feuilletine and milk chocolate crunch layer, rich 60% chocolate mousse and a topping of hazelnut-gianduja curls.
Raspberry and Chocolate Mousse Dome
Another classic, delicious pairing, chocolate mousse flavored with raspberry puree, with a raspberry gelée insert on a chocolate sucrée base, glazed red and finished with chocolate décor.
A cool and creamy classic, baked on either a graham crust base or chocolate crumb.
Classic Cheese Cake
Rich and creamy with a touch of vanilla, finished with a seasonal fruit glaze.
Chocolate Mocha Cheese Cake

Outside of our core classics, we have a rotating selection of fine cakes, from Bûche de Noël in the holiday season, to blueberry-limoncello in the summer.
A simple, traditional dessert ‘cake’ made from day old brioche, challah and other bread. Rich and sweet, a great pair to strong coffee or tea. Try serving it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Creamy caramel ganache and milk chocolate bavaroise layered over a soft milk chocolate cake and finished with caramel glaze and milk chocolate whipped cream.

A sweet and tangy cassis mousse layered with pistachio dacquoise over an almond crunch base.
Tender pâte à choux pastry filled with hazelnut mousseline and vanilla crème Madame and finished with a glaze of chocolate and almonds.
Tender pâte à choux pastry filled with pecan praline and maple Chantilly, glazed with chocolate and pecans and finished with caramel mousse and more Chantilly, topped with a chocolate disc.
Our tarts have a tender crust, and are filled with anything from decadent chocolate mousse, to fruit crèmeux with fresh berries, to seasonal fruit baked in rich almond cream. They vary seasonally, so ask your server for the latest selection.

Bakery Nouveau has a number of options for creating a cake of your own. Do you love chocolate, but want to add that delicious tang of raspberry, or maybe the richness of cream cheese icing? Or maybe you need carrot cake for 35 guests, and butter cake with lemon crèmeux for 20. Our mix and match options let you choose.
– Choose your cake: Chocolate, vanilla butter cake, or carrot cake.
– Choose your filling: Chocolate mousse, vanilla crème Madame, cream cheese icing, or raspberry or lemon crèmeux.
– Choose your finish: Our rich chocolate glaze, cream cheese icing, or vanilla butter cream.
– Choose your size: 6, 8 or 10 inch rounds, or quarter, half or whole sheet cakes (suggested number of servings shown).
