Nouveau Classic Stollen


Our Nouveau Classic is inspired by the traditional Stollen of Dresden, Germany. Created around 1450, this rich, buttery, dessert-like bread is filled with candied orange, dried citrus peel, candied almonds, dried cranberries, raisins, cinnamon, and marzipan. The baked Stollen is dipped in rum butter then finished with cane & powdered sugars. Perfect with tea or coffee…it makes for an excellent host or hostess gift.
